The International Value Management Conference 2008

	The International Value Management Conference (IVMC) is a biennial event organized by the Hong Kong Institute of
	Value Management (HKIVM).
	The conference began with an Opening Address speech given by Mr. Yue. Chi Hang, Director of Architectural
	Services Department of the HKSAR Government and the conference theme is "Achieving Sustainable Values
	Through Collaboration".
	Experts on Value Management from around the world came to Hong Kong to share their expertise and reunite with
	old friends during the social activities.
	Four renowned professionals gave keynote speeches: Dr. Wong Ming Chung, Assistant Director (Development,
	Research and Administration) Hong Kong Observatory, Ms. Ada Fung, Deputy Director (Development & Construction),
	Housing Dept, HKSAR Government, Ir Thomas Ho, Vice-President (Civil Engineering) of Hong Kong Construction
	Association and Prof. John Kelly, Chairman, Axoss Ltd.from UK.
