CCG was appointed to work for the exciting National Education Symposium, which was the first time the Home Affairs |

Bureau outsourced the work to a third party. |
|
The 2-day Symposium involved massive communication work with overseas' speakers and local participants and |
| |
also frequent communication with representatives of Home Affairs Bureau. |
|
As a majority of speakers were from overseas' countries, special care has been given to special request from different |
| |
regions around the globe, including but not limited to visa applications, meal and related arrangements. |
